We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and YouTube. The ideal candidate will own the complete lead generation funnel—from campaign creation and landing pages to conversion tracking and CRM integration—with a strong focus on reducing Cost per Qualified Lead (CPL) and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
- Manage conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and CRM integrations.
- Build and optimize high-converting landing pages.
- Conduct A/B testing of ads, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor budgets, bidding strategies, audience targeting, and retargeting campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and maintain real-time dashboards for CPL, ROAS, and lead quality.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven success in lead generation campaigns with measurable CPL and ROAS improvements.
- Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
- Experience managing campaign budgets and optimizing performance based on data.
- Ability to present past campaign performance metrics and results.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, education, or similar service industries.
- Knowledge of WordPress/Elementor, Looker Studio, and WhatsApp lead automation.
- Experience using AI tools for marketing and creative optimization.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Telugu is an advantage.
Pay: ₹11,230.70 - ₹42,999.40 per month
