Job Summary
A Captain is responsible for supervising restaurant or banquet service operations, managing stewards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise stewards and service staff
- Ensure smooth restaurant/banquet operations
- Handle guest complaints and requirements professionally
- Take and monitor customer orders
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely food service
- Maintain service quality and hygiene standards
- Train and guide junior staff
- Ensure proper table setup and presentation
- Monitor staff grooming and discipline
- Support billing and closing procedures when required

Qualification
- Hotel Management preferred
- 12th pass / Graduate preferred
Experience
- 2–5 years experience in F&B service

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
