Job Title: Sales & Service Representative – Ophthalmic Equipment
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as Sales & Service Representatives for ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment. The role involves installation, product demonstration, technical support, preventive maintenance, and sales promotion of ophthalmic products at hospitals, eye clinics, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and commissioning of ophthalmic diagnostic and surgical equipment.
- Conduct product demonstrations and user training for customers.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Perform preventive maintenance and service activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
- Support sales and business development activities in the assigned territory.
- Prepare service reports and maintain documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Biomedical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related fields.
- Diploma in IT may also be considered.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic technical knowledge and troubleshooting ability.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and field service activities.
