JOB TITLE: Corporate Sales Manager – Fragrance & Lifestyle Gifting
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive corporate gifting sales by acquiring new corporate clients and key accounts.
- Generate business opportunities through existing relationships and market networks.
- Promote premium fragrance and lifestyle gifting solutions for employee gifting, festive gifting, client gifting, onboarding kits, rewards & recognition programs, and corporate events.
- Develop and manage a strong pipeline of corporate accounts and institutional clients.
- Present customized gifting solutions and close high-value corporate orders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, Employee Engagement, and Purchase teams.
- Identify new market opportunities, industries, and corporate accounts for business expansion.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of orders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Corporate Gifting, Fragrance Gifting, Lifestyle Gifting, Institutional Sales, B2B Sales, or Gifting Aggregator platforms.
- Must possess an established network of corporate decision-makers across HR, Admin, Procurement, Marketing, Employee Engagement, and Purchase departments.
- Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads, open new accounts, and convert opportunities into business.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong history of closing high-value corporate orders and managing key accounts.
- Candidates should be able to showcase tangible achievements in terms of revenue generated, targets exceeded, and key accounts acquired.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong understanding of the corporate gifting ecosystem and corporate buying cycles.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred Profile:
- Well-connected within the corporate gifting ecosystem, including corporates, gifting aggregators, employee rewards platforms, event agencies, and procurement networks.
- Prior experience with fragrance brands, beauty brands, premium lifestyle brands, luxury gifting, or corporate gifting companies.
- Existing relationships with large corporates, startups, IT/ITES, BFSI, Pharma, Manufacturing, Hospitality, and Service-sector organizations.
- A self-starter with the ability to leverage existing market relationships to drive business growth from Day One.
Experience: 3+Years
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
