Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Executive – Designer to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing impactful visual communication, 3D product visualizations, gym layouts, and digital creatives for our premium fitness and wellness brands.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about design, innovation, fitness, and wellness marketing, with strong expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and 3D visualization.
Key ResponsibilitiesGym Layout & Space Visualization
- Create 2D and 3D gym layout concepts for clients and sales presentations.
- Design fitness center floor plans with optimal equipment placement.
- Support the sales team with visually compelling layout proposals for:
- Commercial gyms
- Corporate wellness centers
- Hotels & hospitality projects
- Residential developments
3D Product Rendering & Visualization
- Develop high-quality 3D renders and product visualizations for:
- Catalogues
- Brochures
- Digital campaigns
- Product launches
- Create realistic product mock-ups and technical illustrations.
- Assist in developing product demo visuals and exploded product views.
Showroom & Exhibition Design
- Design exhibition stalls, backdrops, display panels, and event branding.
- Maintain consistent brand experience across:
- Showrooms
- Dealer outlets
- Promotional events
- Trade expos
Digital & Marketing Design
- Design brochures, catalogues, flyers, banners, posters, standees, and social media creatives.
- Create digital marketing assets for websites and online campaigns.
- Develop motion graphics, promotional videos, and branded content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams for campaign execution.
- Coordinate with agencies, printers, and production vendors.
- Maintain design asset libraries and marketing repositories.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Auto Cad
- Strong proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Illustrator
- InDesign
- After Effects
- Premiere Pro
- Experience with 3D design tools such as:
- Blender
- Autodesk 3ds Max
- Cinema 4D
- Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools:
- Adobe Firefly
- Midjourney
- Canva
- Ability to create motion graphics and video content.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and deadline management skills.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in graphic design.
- Preferred experience in:
- Fitness equipment industry
- Sports industry
- Lifestyle & wellness brands
- Product visualization and consumer products
- Basic UI/UX knowledge is an added advantage.
