Job description:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Intern to manage recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Manage attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination
- Assist in employee engagement activities and performance management
- Address employee queries and maintain a positive work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related activities
- Prepare HR reports and maintain MIS data
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and labor laws
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- MBA/PGDM in HR (Preferred)
Preferred Candidate:
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Experience in recruitment and HR operations
- Positive attitude and team player
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
