Job Summary
Foodale India Private Limited (Big Pitcher) is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, and statutory compliance. The candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and HRMS updates.
- Coordinate monthly payroll inputs with the Accounts team.
- Handle statutory compliance activities related to PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and Labour Laws.
- Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and relieving letters.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and grievance handling.
- Coordinate employee confirmations, performance reviews, and exit formalities.
- Generate HR reports and MIS as required by management.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and statutory regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles.
- Good knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and labour laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRMS software.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
Preferred
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industry.
- Knowledge of Keka HRMS or similar HR software will be an added advantage.
