Job Purpose
To manage client relationships and lead end-to-end execution of corporate events and MICE projects, ensuring seamless delivery, client satisfaction, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Act as primary client contact and manage relationships
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely resolution
Project Execution
- Plan and execute corporate events and MICE programs
- Coordinate with creative, operations, and production teams
- Ensure timely delivery of all project milestones
Budget & Vendor Management
- Prepare and manage project budgets
- Negotiate with vendors and control costs
- Track project profitability
Quality & Client Satisfaction
- Ensure high-quality execution across all events
- Collect feedback and drive improvements
- Support repeat business generation
Key Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in Corporate Events / MICE / Mainline Events
- Strong client servicing and account management skills
- Good communication, presentation, and stakeholder management
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Immediate joiners / 15–20 days notice preferred
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
