Key Responsibilities Sample Management: Collect (phlebotomy), receive, label, and sort patient specimens securely.Testing & Analysis: Run biochemical, hematological, microbiological, and histological tests using automated systems and microscopes.
Quality Control: Calibrate, clean, and troubleshoot lab instruments to ensure data accuracy.
Record Keeping: Enter findings accurately into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and share reports with pathologists.Safety & Compliance: Follow biohazard disposal rules and clinical accreditation standards (like NABL or ISO)
