We are looking for an experienced and motivated Telecalling Team Leader to lead our telecalling team. The candidate should be able to manage team, train team members, and ensure excellent customer communication.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the telecalling
Train, guide, and motivate team members.
Handle customer queries and escalations.
Prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Ensure quality and productivity standards are maintained.
Pay: ₹10,837.12 - ₹38,000.00 per month
