1. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential — pivot tables, dashboards, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data reporting.
2. Strong understanding of bibliometric tools including Scopus, H-index, and i10-index for tracking research output and impact.
3. Familiarity with academic publishers (Elsevier and similar) and experience managing or evaluating Scopus-indexed publications.
4. Analytical mindset with the ability to compile, interpret, and present research performance data to internal stakeholders.
5. 2+ years of experience in a research, academic, or knowledge management role; Master's degree preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
