he Senior Accountant will manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company. This role handles end-to-end accounting, ensures strict statutory compliance (GST, TDS), maintains accurate inventory and ledger data, and prepares monthly MIS reports for management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily Accounting: Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and daily cash flow tracking.
- Statutory Compliance: Prepare and file monthly GST returns, calculate TDS/TCS deductions, deposit taxes on time, and handle regular portal reconciliations (e.g., GSTR-2B matching).
- MIS & Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets, and operational MIS reports (including stock verification and production/cost analysis).
- Finalization & Audit: Maintain the General Ledger, complete month-end closing, and prepare all necessary documentation and schedules for yearly statutory audits.
- Internal Controls: Monitor and optimize internal tracking sheets, inventory registers, and billing systems to prevent leakages and ensure data accuracy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting.
- Experience: 4–6 years of core accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing, trading, or MSME environment.
- Software Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime (or a similar ERP) and MS Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and data management).
- Key Knowledge: Strong understanding of local tax laws (GST, TDS), invoice generation, and financial finalization processes.
- Attributes: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently to meet tight compliance deadlines.
Pay: ₹14,261.00 - ₹35,338.67 per day
