Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Lucknow. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing strategic partnerships, expanding the company’s client base, and achieving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, building and managing relationships with prospective clients, creating business proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven ability in Business Development, Sales, and Relationship Management
- Strong Strategic Planning and Market Research skills
- Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
- Analytical thinking and ability to identify growth opportunities
- Experience with CRM tools and other sales software is a plus
- Strong leadership and team collaboration experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in digital platforms or AI-driven solutions is an advantage
