Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive website traffic, and improve customer engagement across digital channels. The role involves managing online campaigns, content marketing, SEO, social media, paid advertising, and marketing analytics to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Create annual and monthly digital marketing plans and budgets.
- Identify target audiences and customer acquisition opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital technologies.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage PPC, display, remarketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI through data-driven decisions.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively.
SEO & Website Management
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and user experience.
- Coordinate with developers and content teams for website enhancements.
- Optimize landing pages for lead generation and conversion.
Social Media Marketing
- Develop and manage social media strategies across various platforms.
- Create and oversee content calendars.
- Increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Monitor online reputation and customer interactions.
Content Marketing
- Plan and oversee content creation including blogs, articles, videos, email campaigns, and marketing collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and agencies.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and marketing automation tools.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and reporting dashboards.
- Understanding of lead generation and conversion funnel optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and project management abilities.
- Budget management and ROI optimization expertise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Digital marketing certifications preferred (Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint, etc.).
Experience
- 5–8 years of experience in digital marketing.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
