We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive PPC Specialist to manage production planning and coordination activities for the Gemstone department. The role involves planning workflows, monitoring production timelines, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of gemstone production processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and monitor gemstone production schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, QC, and inventory teams for smooth workflow management.
- Track production status and maintain daily production reports.
- Ensure proper allocation of materials and resources for production.
- Follow up on pending orders and production timelines.
- Maintain production records, MIS reports, and process documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for process alignment.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in PPC, production coordination, or operations, preferably in the gemstone or jewellery industry.
- Good understanding of production planning and workflow management.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
