Position: Store Manager
Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
Experience: 5–6 Years
Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage overall store operations, including receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of materials.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movement, inward and outward entries, and inventory transactions.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the Purchase Department for timely replenishment of materials.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Prepare and maintain store-related reports, MIS, and inventory records.
- Implement and monitor FIFO (First In, First Out) and other inventory management practices.
- Coordinate with project/site teams, production departments, and vendors regarding material requirements and availability.
- Ensure proper documentation of Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), Material Issue Slips (MIS), delivery challans, and other store records.
- Manage a team of storekeepers and support staff, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Maintain housekeeping, safety, and security standards within the store premises.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, and obsolete inventory and report to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and audit requirements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and store operations.
- Experience in stock control, material management, and warehouse activities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management software.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and work under deadlines.
- Knowledge of store documentation, inventory audits, and reporting procedures.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Construction, Infrastructure, EPC, Manufacturing, Engineering, or Industrial Projects.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
