We are seeking a technically strong and execution-driven ELV Coordinator to manage end-to-end ELV system integration projects. The role requires handling BOQ preparation, techno-commercial proposals, OEM coordination, and daily project execution across multiple ELV domains. The candidate should be capable of working in a multi-vendor environment and delivering turnkey solutions aligned with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Project Coordination:
- Manage daily ELV project activities across multiple sites.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, OEMs, and clients.
- Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Ensure installations are executed as per approved drawings and standards.
2. Pre-Sales & Estimation:
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Prepare detailed BOQs and quantity take-offs for ELV systems.
- Develop techno-commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Perform cost estimation, budgeting, and margin analysis.
- Participate in bid submissions and technical clarifications.
3. Quotation & Commercial Handling:
- Prepare and submit competitive quotations.
- Obtain and evaluate pricing from multiple OEMs/vendors.
- Perform comparative analysis (techno-commercial).
- Optimize cost through value engineering while maintaining quality.
- Handle revisions and negotiation support.
4. OEM & Vendor Management:
- Coordinate with OEMs for product selection, pricing, and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with client specifications and standards.
- Manage multiple brands and solutions simultaneously.
- Track procurement, delivery schedules, and material availability.
5. System Integration Expertise:
Structured Cabling:
- Design and execution of Cat6/Cat6A and Fiber networks
- Knowledge of TIA/EIA standards, testing, and certification
CCTV Systems:
- IP-based surveillance systems (preferred)
- Camera selection, storage calculation, VMS integration
Access Control:
- Multi-door controllers, biometric & RFID systems
- Integration with time attendance and third-party systems
Public Address & AV Systems:
- Zoning, amplifier sizing, and system design
- Emergency evacuation integration
Fire Alarm Systems:
- Addressable & conventional systems
- Coordination with statutory compliance and integration
Data Center ELV:
- Rack layouts, structured cabling, containment concepts
- Patch management, redundancy planning
Rack Dressing & Labeling:
- Professional rack organization
- Structured cable routing and documentation
6. Execution & Quality Control:
- Supervise installation teams and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to standards.
- Conduct site inspections and snag clearance.
- Maintain installation checklists and QA/QC documentation.
7. Testing, Commissioning & Handover:
- Plan and execute system testing and commissioning.
- Provide basic training to client teams.
8. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain BOQs, quotations, drawings, and technical documents.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Track changes, variations, and approvals.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of ELV systems.
- Experience in system integration projects (multi-vendor environment).
- Expertise in BOQ, estimation, and proposal preparation.
- Ability to handle client interactions and site coordination.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in ELV system integration projects.
Preferred:
- Experience with large-scale commercial / hospital / IT projects.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and basic design review.
- Knowledge of standards (TIA/EIA, NFPA, ISO).

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
