About the Role:
We are looking for passionate and skilled Piano Teachers to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience teaching both children and adults, with strong communication skills and a love for music.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct engaging and interactive online piano lessons for students (kids & adults)
- Teach beginners to advanced piano skills, including posture, finger techniques, scales, chords, sight-reading, music theory, and performance techniques
- Adapt teaching methods based on each student's age, skill level, and learning pace
- Manage multiple sessions across different time slots
- Provide constructive feedback and track student progress
- Prepare students for performances, exams, or personal learning goals as needed
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ year of experience teaching piano
- Strong knowledge of piano techniques, music theory, and practical performance
- Experience teaching both children and adults
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have access to a piano or keyboard, a laptop, and a stable internet connection
- Availability for multiple shifts (flexible timing)
- Immediate or long-term availability
Compensation:
- Paid per session: ₹250 – ₹600
- Demo session: Unpaid
