Provincial Automobile Co. Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of General Manager (GM) for Bhandara and Gondia locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead overall dealership operations including Sales, Service, CRM, and Customer Satisfaction
- Drive business growth and achieve monthly and annual targets
- Develop sales strategies and improve market penetration
- Monitor branch performance and team productivity
- Ensure smooth operational and customer service processes
- Manage profitability, revenue generation, and branch operations
- Handle team management, motivation, and performance monitoring
- Maintain strong customer relationships and brand reputation
- Coordinate with management for business planning and execution
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate / MBA preferred
- Minimum experience in Automobile Industry / Dealership Operations preferred
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Experience in Sales & Business Development
- Good communication and decision-making abilities
- Ability to handle branch-level operations independently
