Responsibilities:
- Supervise and execute civil works as per project drawings and specifications.
- Monitor daily progress of site activities and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams to meet deadlines.
- Prepare and maintain records of site activities, including measurements and progress reports.
- Resolve site-related technical issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for timely execution.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
- 5–7 years of experience in civil site execution, preferably in Power Plant or Steel Plant projects.
- Adequate knowledge of site management, quality checks, and safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting.
