About the Role
We are looking for a Sales & Growth Operations Specialist with an experience of 2-4 years ,who can support Mallow’s sales and growth activities at the execution level. The strategy, direction, target audience, messaging, and priorities will be provided by the Mallow leadership team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for executing sales and growth activities such as lead research, outreach, ABM support, partnership follow-ups, Salesforce CRM updates, Upwork tracking, sales coordination, and reporting.
This is an execution-focused role aimed at creating business impact through consistent outreach, follow-ups, pipeline tracking, and sales process discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Research target companies and identify relevant decision-makers such as founders, CEOs, CTOs, product heads, and engineering heads.
- Execute LinkedIn and email outreach based on approved messaging and templates.
- Support ABM activities by working on target account lists, account research, outreach, and follow-ups.
- Research potential partnership opportunities with agencies, consultants, software firms, technology vendors, and subcontracting partners.
- Execute partner outreach, maintain follow-ups, coordinate introductory calls, and track partnership opportunities.
- Maintain leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, notes, and follow-up activities in Salesforce.
- Track and manage sales follow-ups to ensure no lead or opportunity is missed.
- Support Upwork and other marketplace activities by shortlisting relevant opportunities and tracking responses.
- Coordinate meetings between prospects, partners, and the internal team.
- Prepare basic pre-call notes and capture post-call action items.
- Support the leadership team with pipeline updates, opportunity tracking, and weekly reports.
- Coordinate with marketing/content teams for sales materials, case studies, and outreach assets when required.
Required Skills
- Strong lead research and prospecting skills.
- Good written English communication.
- Experience in LinkedIn and email outreach.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Experience in Salesforce CRM is preferred.
- Ability to maintain accurate trackers, reports, and CRM updates.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and software services.
- Ability to execute based on the direction given by leadership.
- Good attention to detail and process discipline.
Must-Have Experience
- Must have experience working in a B2B custom software development company, IT services company, or software development agency.
- Should have experience in sales support, lead generation, outbound outreach, business development support, sales coordination, or growth operations.
- Should have a basic understanding of custom software development services, dedicated development teams, web/mobile development, QA, DevOps, cloud, or similar technology services.
Good to Have
- Experience working with US, UK, Canada, or international markets.
- Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, or similar sales tools.
- Experience supporting ABM campaigns.
- Experience with Upwork or other business marketplaces.
- Experience in partner outreach or channel sales support.
What This Role Is Not
- This is not a direct sales closing role.
- This is not a strategy ownership role.
- This is not a telecalling role.
- This role is not responsible for defining ICP, pricing, positioning, or final sales decisions.
Expected Outcome
The person should improve Mallow’s sales execution by bringing consistency in outreach, follow-ups, Salesforce updates, ABM execution, partnership tracking, Upwork tracking, and pipeline coordination. The role should help create more qualified conversations and better visibility into sales opportunities.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
