We are looking for an experienced Pharma Tender Executive with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical tender handling. The candidate must have complete knowledge of CPPP Portal, GeM Portal, and government pharmaceutical tender processes. The candidate should also possess strong knowledge of pharmaceutical medicines including tablets, capsules, syrups, injections, etc.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling and submission of pharmaceutical tenders through CPPP, GeM, and other government procurement portals.
- Complete management of tender documentation, bid preparation, EMDs, online submissions, and follow-ups.
- Regular monitoring of tender portals for new opportunities and updates.
- Preparation of technical and commercial bid documents.
- Coordination with internal departments for product documents, quotations, approvals, and compliance.
- Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical products including tablets, capsules, syrups, ointments, injections, nutraceuticals, etc.
- Managing product catalogues, pricing updates, and bid participation on GeM Portal.
- Maintaining records of tender status, awarded orders, and pending submissions.
- Follow-up for order processing, dispatch coordination, and payment tracking.
- Ensuring compliance with tender terms, certifications, and government procurement guidelines.

Qualification
- Graduate in any stream (Pharmacy background preferred).
- Relevant experience in pharmaceutical tender handling is mandatory.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Candidate with prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or marketing company preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
