Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Billing & BOQ Engineer with strong expertise in commercial interior fitout and real estate projects. The role is primarily focused on project billing, client billing coordination, and quantity estimation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation & verification of Client Billing (RA Bills & Final Bills)
- BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs & rate analysis
- Coordination with project & site teams for work progress billing
- Vendor & subcontractor bill verification
- Measurement sheet preparation as per site execution
- Variation & extra item billing management
- Ensuring billing compliance as per contract terms
- Cost tracking & reconciliation with BOQ
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Billing/BOQ
- Experience in Commercial Interior Fitout Projects is mandatory
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying & rate analysis
- Proficiency in Excel & billing documentation
- Willingness to travel / work Pan India if required
