Key Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Recruitment:
- Handle the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand job requirements for technical and non-technical roles
2. Sourcing:
- Source candidates through portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), references, and job postings
3. Screening & Interview Coordination:
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate with department heads for technical interviews
- Evaluate candidate fit based on skills, attitude, and company culture
4. Job Posting:
- Draft and post job descriptions on job portals and social media
5. Offer & Joining Process:
- Handle salary negotiations and offer roll-out
- Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process
6. Database Management & Reporting:
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Share weekly/monthly hiring reports
Key Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle
- Experience working with placement agencies preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with job portals and Boolean search
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
