About the Role
We are seeking an experienced results-driven Digital Marketing Manager with proven experience in B2B marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies that generate qualified leads, strengthen brand visibility, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in LinkedIn marketing, email marketing, social media management, content marketing, and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement comprehensive B2B digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
· Plan and execute lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn, email marketing, social media, and other digital channels.
· Manage and optimize LinkedIn outreach campaigns for customer acquisition and brand awareness.
· Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
· Manage company social media profiles and create engaging content to increase reach and engagement.
· Identify target markets, customer personas, and new business opportunities.
· Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant analytics tools.
· Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure marketing efforts support revenue goals.
· Develop marketing collateral, presentations, case studies, and promotional materials.
· Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
· Manage digital advertising campaigns and optimize marketing budgets for maximum ROI.
· Recommend and implement marketing automation tools and CRM integrations where applicable.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
· 3–7 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on B2B marketing.
· Proven experience managing LinkedIn marketing and lead generation campaigns.
· Strong expertise in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
· Experience managing social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube.
· Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and digital advertising.
· Experience with CRM systems and lead management processes.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
· Experience with HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar platforms.
· Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads.
· Experience in industrial products, technology, infrastructure, government procurement, or B2B services marketing will be an advantage.
· Ability to work independently and drive marketing initiatives from strategy to execution.
