Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records.
Handle purchase and sales invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses.
Maintain project-wise accounts and track project expenses against budgets.
Prepare client invoices, payment follow-ups, and receivables statements.
Manage vendor bills, payment schedules, and outstanding payables.
Maintain bank, cash, petty cash, and ledger accounts.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
Prepare monthly financial reports, expense statements, and outstanding reports.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and management.
Verify bills and supporting documents before processing payments.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
Assist management with cash-flow planning and project profitability analysis.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
0–2 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
