- Lead Generation: Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce services, promote current offers, and generate interest.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule service appointments for customers.
- Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with existing customers for service reminders, feedback, and loyalty programs.
- Inbound Call Handling: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and information in a CRM or database.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Stay informed about new vehicles, services, and promotions to effectively answer questions.
