Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Electrician for Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) operations and maintenance. The candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment used in the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical equipment and systems
- Handle motors, pumps, panels, cables, and control systems
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Monitor electrical performance and ensure uninterrupted plant operations
- Maintain maintenance records and daily reports
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and procedures
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of industrial electrical systems and maintenance
- Ability to troubleshoot electrical faults independently
- Familiarity with motors, MCC panels, starters, and wiring systems
- Basic reporting and documentation skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in industrial/STP/ETP plant electrical maintenance
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency breakdowns
- Good teamwork and communication skills
