- Prepare South Indian dishes such as dosa, idli, vada, uttapam, sambhar, chutneys, meals, etc.
- Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
- Monitor stock levels and inform management about kitchen requirements.
- Follow food safety and company standards.
- Manage daily food preparation and timely service.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Experience as a South Indian Chef in hotel/restaurant/catering industry.
- Good knowledge of South Indian cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team handling and time management skills.
- Flexible for shifts and long working hours if required.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
