We are looking for an energetic and motivated Business Development Associate / Sales Executive to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities
- Promote our AI courses, training programs, products, and services.
- Connect with students, parents, working professionals, educational institutions, and businesses.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable AI programs or solutions.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Maintain basic records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
- Achieve agreed monthly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to the team about customer needs and market trends.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with customers and explaining products/services.
- Basic understanding or interest in AI, technology, or EdTech.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Ability to work independently in a part-time role.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, EdTech, or telecalling is an advantage.
Compensation
₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month, depending on experience and performance + Incentives
In addition to the fixed salary, the candidate will receive performance-based commission on every successful sale.
