Location -Ladwa village (Haryana) Experience - 2-3 yrs in Education / youth/Community development, Education -Graduate in Social Work , Education , Sociology , Youth Development or related to field, Key Responsibilities✔ Coordinate with schools, teachers, VECs, SMCs, and youth groups. ✔ Mobilize students, parents, and youth for project activities. ✔ Facilitate learning support sessions, STEM activities, workshops, and digital literacy programs. ✔ Organize youth bootcamps, leadership programs, sports, and cultural activities. ✔ Support Bal Panchayat and youth-led initiatives. ✔ Coordinate health camps, menstrual hygiene awareness sessions, and healthy lifestyle campaigns. ✔ Conduct community awareness sessions and behaviour change communication activities. ✔ Maintain attendance records, beneficiary data, and field documentation. ✔ Support surveys, reporting, and monitoring activities. ✔ Document youth success stories and community impact stories.
