Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand system dependencies and impact of issues.
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and support efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on complex issues.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed computing environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze logs and system metrics.
- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and support activities.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools to detect and respond to system anomalies.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
