- Set up and operate surface, cylindrical, centerless, or CNC grinding machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and process sheets.
- Select and install grinding wheels, fixtures, and tooling as required.
- Measure workpieces using precision instruments such as micrometers, vernier calipers, bore gauges, and dial indicators.
- Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain tolerances and optimize production.
- Monitor machine performance and identify abnormalities or defects.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
- Record production data, inspection results, and machine downtime.
- Follow safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and production teams to resolve issues.
- Minimize material wastage and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹9,094.62 - ₹12,000.00 per month
