Role Overview
We are looking for a driven and experienced Sales Team Lead to spearhead revenue growth across our service portfolio. You will lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, own the end-to-end sales pipeline, and play a hands-on role in acquiring and nurturing clients across geographies. This is a high-impact role that blends strategic thinking with execution, and is ideal for someone with a strong background in IT services sales.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Enablement
Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Executives and Business Development Associates to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Conduct regular pipeline reviews, performance check-ins, and skill-development sessions for the team.
Set clear individual and team KPIs and track progress against quarterly and annual sales goals.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Own the complete B2B sales cycle — from prospecting and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
Drive new customer acquisition across Trivecta's service lines including Zoho Solutions, Odoo ERP, Cloud Services, Product Engineering, and Quality Engineering.
Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies for key geographies — USA, Europe, and India.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers (CXOs, IT Heads, Operations Leaders) across SMBs and mid-market enterprises.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns during the sales and onboarding stage.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
Continuously track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine positioning and messaging.
Collaborate closely with delivery, pre-sales, and marketing teams to build compelling proposals and go-to-market campaigns.
Provide timely reporting and insights on pipeline, forecasts, and competitive landscape to leadership.

Required Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in B2B IT services sales, with at least 2 years in a team lead or supervisory role.
Demonstrated success in selling ERP, CRM, cloud, or enterprise software solutions — experience with Zoho or Odoo is a strong advantage.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
Experience handling international clients, particularly in the USA or European markets.
Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho CRM preferred) for pipeline management and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience at a Zoho Partner or similar software reseller/implementation firm.
Familiarity with IT services domains such as cloud migration, digital transformation, or quality engineering.
Exposure to channel sales, partner-led deals, or solution selling frameworks.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
