Top Clg Overseas is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor to guide students for NEET UG counselling (MBBS/BDS/BAMS/BHMS) and study abroad admissions. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and a target-driven approach to help students make the right academic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on India & overseas education options
- Guide students through NEET UG counselling, college selection, and admissions
- Handle inquiries via calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and social media
- Convert leads into confirmed admissions
- Assist with applications, documentation, and process tracking
- Maintain records and follow-ups using CRM
- Stay updated on universities, courses, eligibility, and visa processes
- Coordinate with partner colleges/universities
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of NEET counselling or study abroad process (preferred)
- Sales mindset with ability to achieve targets
- Professional, empathetic approach with students and parents
- Basic computer skills (MS Office/CRM)
