Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be the bridge between our design team, clients, and on-site contractors. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of interior design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop clear project timelines and oversee daily operations to ensure all phases of the interior design project stay on track.
- Cost Estimation & Budgeting: Accurately calculate project estimations, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation to maintain profitability.
- Quality Checks: Conduct routine site visits and rigorous quality checks to ensure all materials and workmanship meet Milano Design Studio’s premium standards.
- Problem & Risk Management: Proactively identify potential project bottlenecks, on-site issues, or delays, and implement swift, effective solutions to mitigate risks.
- Target Orientation: Drive projects forward with a strict focus on meeting deadlines, client expectations, and business targets.
- Client & Vendor Coordination: Use your strong understanding of the project scope to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and vendors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in project management (interior design, architecture, or construction background is highly preferred).
- Market Understanding: Good knowledge of the local interior design market, including material costs, labor rates, and vendor management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage teams and keep clients updated on project milestones.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is a must. A working knowledge of Kannada is a strong advantage.
- Core Traits: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, sharp analytical understanding, and a highly target-oriented mindset.
