Qualification | Any bachelor's degree Experience (in years) | 6 Contract Duration (in months) | 12 Job Description | Automation Strategy & Implementation: • Build and maintain automation frameworks using Playwright/Selenium (JavaScript/TypeScript/Java) for functional, regression, and smoke testing. • Integrate automated suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) to ensure fast, reliable release validation. • Review automation code to enforce quality, maintainability, and clean coding standards. Salesforce QA (Manual + Automation) • Own end-to-end QA for Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Custom Apps) across UI, API, data, and workflow testing. • Design and execute manual tests for complex processes and integrations not easily automated. • Develop and maintain Salesforce UI/API automation using page-object patterns and stable selectors. • Validate REST APIs and integrations using Postman and schema-based testing. • Use SOQL/SOSL and SQL for data integrity checks, security validation, and backend verification. • Stay updated on Salesforce releases and ensure regression suites remain current. Quality Governance & Reporting • Analyze results, triage failures, and deliver clear reports on risks, coverage, and release readiness. Required Qualifications • 5–7 years QA experience, including 4+ years automation and 3+ years Salesforce QA. • Strong automation framework development skills in JS/TS/Java. • Solid understanding of testing methodologies and API testing. • Hands-on experience with Playwright/Selenium, Git, Postman/SoapUI, and CI/CD tools. • Proficient in SOQL/SOSL and SQL. Preferred Qualifications • Salesforce Admin/Platform App Builder or QA certifications. • Exposure to Salesforce release management (Change Sets, DevOps Center, Copado/Gearset). • Tools: Playwright, Selenium, Cucumber/Jest/Mocha. • Languages: JavaScript, TypeScript, Java. • APIs & Data: REST/SOAP, SOQL/SOSL, SQL. • CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Git. • Reporting: Jira, Allure/Extent. • Salesforce: Admin fundamentals, object model, security/sharing, flows, integrations.
