Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through calls, referrals, and field activities.
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses and career opportunities.
- Convert inquiries into admissions and achieve monthly targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain accurate lead records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Participate in educational events, seminars, and promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams to improve conversion rates.
- Update CRM and prepare daily activity reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English.
