Preferred Candidate Profile :
- Candidates with prior experience in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) and Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) projects will be strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience in the design, engineering, execution, commissioning, or project coordination of WTP/ETP systems will be considered a significant advantage.
- Candidates residing in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, or nearby locations will be given preference.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and manage multiple project responsibilities.
Additional Requirements :
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Water & Wastewater Treatment Projects, ETP/STP/WTP projects, Environmental Infrastructure Projects, or related sectors.
- Candidates residing in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, or nearby locations will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
A. Project Planning, Design, Documentation & Reporting
- Assist in developing project plans, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Prepare engineering documents and technical submissions in coordination with the Project Manager and senior team members.
- Perform engineering calculations, analyses, and evaluations to support design and project requirements.
- Coordinate with engineering and design teams to ensure all designs and deliverables comply with contract requirements, technical standards, and client specifications.
- Ensure that project documentation adheres to applicable environmental regulations, statutory requirements, and permitting guidelines.
- Maintain organized and accurate project records, including drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, and correspondence.
- Prepare periodic project progress reports for internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting milestones achieved, key challenges, project status, and corrective actions where required.
- Support project close-out and handover activities, including preparation of as-built drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, final reports, and other completion documentation.
B. Project Execution & Coordination
- Assist in the procurement process by coordinating material and equipment requirements for project execution.
- Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely submission of post-ordering documents and monitor delivery schedules for materials and services.
- Support site construction, installation, testing, and commissioning activities while monitoring project progress and quality of work.
- Prepare project schedules and regularly track progress against planned timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to facilitate smooth execution and timely closure of assigned tasks and deliverables.
- Participate in site visits and project review meetings to identify issues, provide updates, and support project implementation activities.
Qualifications & SkillsEducational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in design and drafting software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent engineering software.
- Working knowledge of MS Project will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).

Pay: ₹854,108.26 - ₹1,524,553.99 per year
