Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant Cum Billing Staff to manage daily accounting operations, billing activities, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, GST billing, and inventory handling.
Key Responsibilities: Accounting Duties
- Maintain day-to-day accounts and financial records
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, and payments
- Handle cash transactions and bank reconciliation
- Prepare daily sales & collection reports
- Assist in monthly financial statements & profitability reports
- Maintain supplier and customer ledger accounts
Billing Duties
- Generate GST invoices and retail bills
- Handle quotation preparation & order processing
- Ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and tax calculations
- Coordinate with sales & store team for billing support
- Maintain billing registers and documentation
Inventory Support
- Assist in stock entry and stock verification
- Track non-moving and fast-moving items
- Support purchase entry and stock updates
Qualification & Skills
- B.Com / M.Com or relevant accounting qualification
- Experience in Tally / Billing Software / Excel
- Knowledge of GST and basic accounting concepts
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in billing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
