Golden Bird Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is a growing healthcare company focused on the development and manufacturing of innovative dental care products. We are expanding our R&D; team and looking for a skilled formulation professional to join us.
Job Role
- Develop and optimize formulations for mouthwash, dental gels, medicated oral rinses, and liquid oral tablets.
- Work under the supervision of the R&D; Associate.
- Conduct laboratory trials, stability testing, and compatibility studies.
- Maintain documentation including SOPs, reports, and batch records.
- Support pilot batch and scale-up activities.
- Coordinate with QC and Production teams.
Minimum Eligibility & Experience
- Minimum Eligibility: M.Sc. in Chemistry or Pharmaceutical Sciences from a recognized University or IITs.
- Candidates with 1–4 years of relevant industry experience in oral care, pharmaceutical, or formulation development are preferred.
- Fresher with strong hands-on laboratory research experience and the ability to conduct scientific literature review (research papers, formulation studies, regulatory references) may also apply. A strong research background (industry experience or major academic project) is essential.
Required Technical Knowledge
· Surfactants & solubilizers.
· Flavor and Color stabilization.
· Buffer systems & pH optimization.
· Compatibility of actives with excipients.
· Preservative systems.
· Stability studies (accelerated & real-time).
· Viscosity modifiers & gel systems.
Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
