We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist who’s passionate about driving measurable results through paid campaigns You’ll be managing multiple client accounts across industries from lifestyle to events, and will be responsible for optimizing ad performance, tracking results, and ensuring maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) with performance-focused strategies.
- Optimize and maintain Google My Business (GMB) listings for improved local SEO rankings.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and implement on-page/off-page SEO tactics.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and create weekly/monthly reports with insights and action points.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to align ad creatives with campaign goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Local SEO.
- Strong understanding of CPC, CTR, ROAS, CPM, and conversion tracking.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Knowledge of GMB optimization and local keyword ranking strategies.
- Proficiency in preparing and presenting performance reports.
- Basic understanding of ad creatives and A/B testing.
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and detail-oriented mindset.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
