Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Export Documentation Executive to handle and manage all export-related documentation and coordinate shipment processes efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for preparing export documents, coordinating with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify export documentation such as:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Shipping Bill
- Bill of Lading (BL)
- Airway Bill (AWB)
- Certificate of Origin (COO)
- Letter of Credit (LC) documents
- Insurance and customs documents
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters for shipment execution.
- Ensure timely submission of export documents to banks, customers, and government authorities.
- Maintain records of export shipments and documentation.
- Track shipment status and coordinate with internal departments for smooth dispatch.
- Ensure compliance with export policies, customs regulations, and international trade requirements.
- Handle communication with overseas clients regarding shipment and document status.
- Support export team in order processing and shipment planning.
- Resolve documentation-related issues and discrepancies.
- Prepare reports related to exports, dispatches, and pending documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- Knowledge of export documentation and shipment procedures.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and international shipping processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and Tally Prime software.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in export documentation and logistics coordination.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple shipments.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
