We are looking for a highly capable Civil Site Engineer with strong experience in executing residential projects, including RCC and high quality finihsing works. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, detail oriented, and capable of independently managing site execution.
Key Resposibilities :
- Execute and manage site activities from structure to finishing stages
- Interpret and implement structural and architectural drawings
- Co-ordinate with Architects, contractors , consultants and vendors
- Monitor quality , timelines, and site productivity
- Handle measurements , billing and BOQ tracking
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards
Key Skills Required :
- RCC execution & finishing works
- Drawing interpretation (Structural + Architectural)
- BOQ, billing and quantity take-offs
- Contractor and vendor co-ordination
-Basic AutoCAD & MS Excel
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
