Job Description
· Responsible for sourcing and procuring electronic components, for R&D team and R& D trial lots.
· Study and compare the technical data sheets of electronic components based on R&D s requirement.
· Negotiate with vendors to achieve cost savings and quality objectives.
· Track orders and ensure timely deliveries for on track progress of R& D projects.
· Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
· Source electronic components, mechanical parts, raw materials, and consumables locally and internationally.
· Support Purchase Department to maintain and update the Approved Vendor List (AVL).
· Support alternate sourcing initiatives and cost-reduction projects.
· Identify and qualify new vendors to improve cost and quality efficiency.
Skills required:
· Basic knowledge of electronic components and their classification.
· Familiarity with BOMs and part specifications.
· Know-how of ERP will be an added advantage.
· Strong negotiation and communication skills especially for Chinese suppliers.
Assertive, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
