Job Summary:
The Panel Wiring Technician will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels as per design drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams. The role involves ensuring that all panels are built accurately, safely, and within the defined timelines and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Perform wiring, termination, and connection of control panels for automation and electrical systems.
- Install components such as relays, circuit breakers, PLCs, VFDs, contactors, MCBs, and switches.
- Ensure proper routing, labeling, and dressing of wires as per company standards.
- Conduct continuity, insulation, and functional testing of panels before dispatch.
- Coordinate with the design and testing teams for any wiring changes or troubleshooting.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Follow company quality assurance and safety procedures strictly.
- Support in panel installation and commissioning at client sites when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
- 1–5 years of experience in panel wiring, control panel assembly, or related work.
- Good knowledge of electrical components, wiring standards, and panel layouts.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings independently.
- Basic knowledge of testing tools (multimeter, megger, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
