About the Role
Kamal Motors is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers to generate sales opportunities.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the management.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports and customer records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM systems preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
