We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Interviewer to join us on a contract/consultancy basis. This role is ideal for an Oracle Fusion Subject Matter Expert (SME) who enjoys evaluating technical talent and has extensive hands-on experience across Oracle Fusion applications and technologies.
As a Technical Interviewer, you will conduct in-depth technical assessments, evaluate candidates' knowledge and practical expertise, and provide objective feedback to support hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical interviews for Oracle Fusion technical professionals.
- Evaluate candidates' expertise across Oracle Fusion technologies and architecture.
- Assess technical problem-solving, implementation experience, and best practices.
- Provide detailed interview feedback and hiring recommendations.
- Collaborate with the recruitment and hiring teams to ensure a consistent interview process.
- Stay current with Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications and technologies.
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Fusion Financials
- Oracle Fusion SCM
- Oracle Order Management
- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- BI Publisher
- Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
- BICC (BI Cloud Connector)
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS/VBS)
- SQL and PL/SQL
- Oracle Fusion integrations
- Oracle Fusion Cloud architecture
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion implementation methodologies and technical best practices.
- Excellent communication and interviewing skills.
- Ability to objectively assess technical competencies and provide structured feedback.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an Oracle Fusion Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Technical Consultant.
- Prior experience conducting technical interviews or mentoring technical teams.
- Oracle certifications are an advantage.
