Hiring: Manager – Customer Success (SaaS)
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Manager – Customer Success to lead our Customer Experience team and drive impactful customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and enhance the complete customer success journey for mid-market customers
- Lead and mentor customer-facing teams to deliver exceptional experiences
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Define, track, and improve key customer success metrics (KPIs)
- Act as an escalation point for complex customer concerns
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to share insights and improve solutions
- Drive innovative initiatives to strengthen customer relationships and retention
Required Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience managing Customer Success teams in a SaaS/technology environment
Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Understanding of SaaS platforms, integrations, and customer lifecycle management
Proven ability to build teams, optimize processes, and improve customer experience
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Strong leadership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Location: Chandigarh
