Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
- Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri , Apna App , Job Hai, and other job portals.
- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking sheets.
- Draft and send offer letters, internship letters, and onboarding documents.
- Support in new hire orientation and joining formalities.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports / delegation sheets.
- Assist in campus hiring drives, walk-in interviews, and internal referral programs.
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets for tracking candidate data.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with job portals and social media hiring.
